Volkswagen has revealed new pricing and equipment packages for the Volkswagen Scirocco range.The price of the entry-level 1.4 TSI has been lowered to £19,650, undercutting the £20k marker for the first time.
Touchscreen satellite navigation is now standard equipment across the range, together with a multifunction steering wheel and 17-inch ‘Long Beach’ alloys.
Further up the spec sheet, GT trim level cars now feature heated leather seats, climate control, 18-inch ‘Interlagos’ alloy wheels and tinted windows as standard.
A new R Line model has also joined the Scirocco range. Over GT specification, equipment includes a new bodykit comprising of aggressively styled bumpers, side skirts and 19-inch ‘Lugano’ alloys. Interior changes include a bespoke seat and steering wheel trim and chrome-effect pedals.
Range-topping R versions cost from £30,575 for the six-speed manual car and £31,975 when fitted with VW's 6-speed DSG 'box.
